Friday and Saturday

I will be forever grateful to God for my three precious gifts, Jonathan, Julia and Jaclyn. They are daily reminders of what fun, exciting, loving, and precious life is. I am grateful to them for giving me perpetual youth and unconditional love. I love them with all that I am and I can't wait to see them grow up to be the people God intended them to be. I pray they are happy, healthy and as full of life as they are today.

Wendnesday AND Thursday

Wow that holiday blew right by!This Thankful counts for 2 days! It is the reason for my kife as I know it.
I am the most grateful for my husband! After being together for nearly 20 years you still light my fire baby! Not ony do I love you so much my heart aches, but I LIKE you too. To me that is sooo much more important, 'cause when the kids leave, you and I will be all that is left and as much as I enjoy our kids I can't wait to be able to be just us again this time with perks! (maybe grandchildren)
I love you for everything you are and everything you do for me. You are the best man, husband and daddy I have ever met. The little things that you do everyday are the things that I love most!! I don't care why we work I just know that we do and no matter what happens, no matter what you do, no matter what I do, no matter what others think or say, YOU and I will always be. Joe and Jen, Jen and Joe, like peas and carrots, carrots and peas!

Here' s to a bazillion years together, in the here and after! I love you.

Love always yours forever,
Jen

Monday

Today I am grateful for our culture. I had to go to Jonathan's school today and bring some cultural items. I have to say I had so many things and I didn't have to call anyone for them. I am proud of my husbands roots. I am proud that we have chosen to uphold the traditions that comes with it. Our best friends were all created from it, crap our relationship wouldn't have happened if not for it. We are blessed that we can give our children the same gifts, the gifts of tradition, roots, and belonging. Knowing where you come from and having relationships with people who come from the same place. Hopefully they will eventually see these as gifts and choose to pass them along to their families. That would be the greatest gift of all.

The week of thanksgiving...

I took a little break from my grateful for daily thought. but here it is again. This Thanksgiving I want to keep in mind what a blessing it is to have good family, friends, house, schools, EVERYTHING!! Life is complicated, stressful crazy. I think it's good to take time to celebrate the little things that make my life mine!

So with out further addo... my grateful for sunday(even though it says monday, it's 12:30 and I'm still up so it's still Sunday)

I am grateful today for My parents. What opportunity it is for my children to come together on Sunday nights and hang out, play and watch movies with their cousins. Not to mention have a Grandpa who feeds them crap, a grandma who cooks them a great meal and lots and lots of love. You can't ask for more.
